Director of Nursing

Location: Springfield, MA region (or able to commute here)

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Our Client is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to join their leadership team in the Springfield, MA region. This hybrid role combines clinical leadership with operational strategy, offering the opportunity to redefine care for vulnerable patients. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Manage: Build and inspire a team of RN case managers, ensuring accountability, quality, and growth through structured hiring and training processes.
  • Establish Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement best-in-class clinical processes that uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Data and Metrics Oversight: Define and maintain systems for gathering clinical metrics and tracking patient outcomes to ensure consistent improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with operations, technology, and product teams to push forward initiatives that align with the company’s mission.

About You:

  • Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Massachusetts (or compact license) with at least 3+ years of clinical experience in nursing or care.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in home health or health service administration.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Springfield, MA.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Demonstrated leadership of clinical teams with direct reports for at least 3 years.
  • Proven ability to define team structure, drive accountability, and foster growth.
  • Strong communication and writing skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Expertise in building clinical protocols and implementing process improvements to achieve high reliability and quality of care.
