What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Quoting and Estimating: Process labor and material information to generate accurate quotes for customers.
• Customer Service: Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
• Dispatching: Coordinate scheduling and dispatch technicians for service calls, ensuring prompt response times and efficient routing.
• Support Sales Operations: Assist with sales-related tasks, including managing customer accounts, tracking service requests, and processing orders.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and provide general office support as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.

About You

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

• Sales Support Experience: Background in inside sales, sales support, dispatch, or a similar role in construction, plumbing, or service industries.
• Dispatching Expertise: Experience with dispatching for service companies (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, tow trucks) is highly valued.
• Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with software tools to generate quotes and manage schedules.
• Organized and Reliable: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Location: Must be able to work onsite.
