What You'll Do

As an Outside Service Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of service and special project opportunities for commercial HVAC systems.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, ensuring their HVAC service needs are met with excellence.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with customers to assess their needs and recommend service solutions that align with their operational goals.
  • Market Coverage: Focus on the Inland Empire and Riverside County areas
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects.
  • Client Education: Provide clients with information on HVAC systems and service plans to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.


About You

We’re looking for a results-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

  • Commercial HVAC Sales Experience: You have a proven track record in selling service solutions for commercial HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: While you don’t need to have been a technician, a strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical operations is essential.
  • Sales Expertise: You're a natural salesperson first, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in outside sales is critical, along with a background in the commercial HVAC space.
  • Territory Familiarity: Knowledge of the Inland Empire and Riverside County areas is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients and internal teams.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with management and other team members to achieve business objectives.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
  • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses.
  • Ownership Opportunity: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for long-term growth and investment.
