Our client is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer / Lead Installer to join their team of dedicated professionals. This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC technician ready to take on leadership responsibilities while ensuring every installation is carried out with precision and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductwork, and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Conduct comprehensive testing on installed systems to verify functionality, quality, and adherence to all applicable codes
• Lead and mentor junior installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful and timely project completion
• Inspect and verify all materials, tools, and equipment prior to project start, managing the team’s readiness and resource allocation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues on-site, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation for each installation, including detailed records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients, providing updates on progress, challenges, and completion status

About You:

• Experience: 3-5+ years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience highly preferred
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (such as EPA 608) and a strong understanding of HVAC codes and standards
• Skills: Advanced technical and troubleshooting abilities; skilled in using HVAC installation tools and equipment; experience in leading teams
• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and managing outdoor installations under varying conditions
• Leadership Qualities: Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, reliable mentor, and capable of motivating a team to achieve project goals
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
